With an increasing demand for AWS-consultants, Euvic has focused on building and increasing our AWS competence in 2018. We are now delighted to have become an Advanced APN Consulting Partner, which proves that we have the knowledge necessary to help our customers with their cloud journey to and on AWS.
“Among all the Amazon’s partners, only 10% have made it to the Advanced tier. It’s a solid proof for our clients that we are genuine experts on Amazon cloud solutions,” said Ola Hesselroth, Partner and Business Developer at Euvic Group.
With AWS launch in Stockholm last week, the demand for AWS consultants will continue to increase. Many companies are looking for partners to help them with migrating to AWS, setting up a Devops environment, or specific services like AWS Quicksight, a BI solution with inbuilt ML. Euvic is now better positioned than ever to help our customers with their AWS-need!
Why have we decided to partner with AWS?
Euvic is constantly looking for new sources of innovation – and cloud services are one of them. AWS gives our clients’ access to advanced services and multiple business applications. Choosing the Amazon Web Services not only provides cost savings, but also helps unify processes inside organizations. Our clients can rest assured that their resources are safe and ready to use whenever they want to. Customers, for whom we recommended and implemented AWS, emphasized stability and flexibility of the system.
Success stories
One example of how we have helped our customers with AWS is People Productions. People productions, running Lärarförmedlarna and Vikareidirekt, decided to migrate to AWS with the help of Euvic after carefully evaluating different options. Moving to AWS made it possible for People Productions to build a scalable environment that meets their customers’ demand, increases reliability and uptime while, at the same time, lowers costs when compared to the on-premises solution.

Another telling story is that of Arriva. Arriva Sweden decided to move away from a hosted environment in Denmark and make a transition to the cloud. Arriva chose AWS over Azure and other providers because of the breath of services, security, support for developers, and the possibility to leverage existing investments by bringing the existing Microsoft licenses to AWS. After the migration, Arriva could leverage the new platform and Euvic’s competence to create new platforms for buses and trains, which helped them win new business. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, with their old solution.
