In a world of constant rush and pursuit of professional goals, there must also be time to relax. Employees are using their precious right to time off in increasingly creative ways. The term “relaxation” has taken on a different meaning and is increasingly associated with active recreation, where, in addition to time spent doing nothing, there is plenty of room for sports and hiking.
Level 780 is a company offering short-term holiday cottage rentals. The holiday facilities are located in a mountain village in the valley of the river Koszarawa and on the slopes of mountains around the valley. Koszarawa does not have any spectacular tourist attractions. The main advantage of the place is the proximity of nature and the opportunity to actively spend time.
Designing an active vacation is about creating and selecting tools that make it easy for the user to enjoy the whole experience.
In order to achieve this, we created a project that does not focus only on the presentation of the rental offer, but is a holistic vacation experience. The work resulted in creating tools and the right information architecture that allow the visitor to easily follow the suggested paths.
Description of the solution
The idea of the project was to help build a positive experience with the brand and suggest services and values that would differentiate the offering. Through carefully designed branding, visual communication and content architecture of the website and mobile application, we were able to achieve the intended goal.
As in all projects of this type, the most important stage was to determine the target group – guests who decide to choose the Level780 offer out of many others. This knowledge, supported by analysis of the location itself, allowed us to prepare the right visual identity. It is consistent for all products of the project, of which the most important are the website and mobile application. Both solutions are characterized by visual consistency and intuitiveness. The website was created in such a way that the potential visitor feels taken care of, shown around and pleasantly surprised by the list of on-site amenities. An example of this is the extensive database of suggested bike routes created directly by the client. In addition, electric bikes can be easily rented through the website, making mountain trips accessible to a wide audience.

The Level780 app is designed for training on e-bikes, it gives you the opportunity to create a training program tailored to your needs and goals. It makes sure they are achieved in a healthy way, under the guidance of specialists. Detailed workout history is an added value. This allows you to track your progress on a time scale. This way, the visitor is encouraged to use the app also after leaving Koszarawa. This solution enables a long-term relationship with the Level780 brand.
