Specialized support in resource management
One of the companies specializing in the sale and distribution of electricity asked us to implement our dedicated billing system – Billing GL/GLH/GLD. The goal of the cooperation was to improve the quality of provided services and to optimize and automate all operations performed by our customer. One of the biggest project challenges was the manual management of the metering data transfer.
As part of the cooperation, we completed a range of work. From business analysis and technical design, through implementation and data migration, to post-implementation support (troubleshooting and service support), a dedicated training program, launching of the production environment (customer support in the transitional phase of simultaneous work on two systems), and help desk services (daily, ongoing support for customer requests).
The whole project was executed in the SaaS business model, in which the billing for the environment and the application were in the form of monthly license fees.
The GL/GLH/GLD Billing system we implemented made it possible to:
- improve the quality and speed of customer service,
- guarantee access to the most recent data,
- ensure full control over billing outcomes and the possibility of their easy correction,
- intuitively and easily generate controlling reports,
- reduce operational risks,
- simplify management processes.
In-depth knowledge of business processes unique to the energy industry allowed us to create a solution fully tailored to its needs and business objectives. Actively supporting small and medium energy companies, billing from dozens to thousands of customers, we provide them with comprehensive support at every stage of the project.
