A report published by the Pentalog at the beginning of 2022 shows that Poles rank # 7 in the world in terms of programming skills. Despite a slight drop compared to the results from 2019, in which Poland took 4th place, Polish developers are still proudly in the top 10 best programmers worldwide.
The situation is even better in the European market. In the Pentalog report, Poland took 4th place, thus ahead of Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

The linguistic abilities of Poles also seem to be a significant factor. In 2021, Poland took 14th place in the world’s largest ranking of countries characterized by a high command of the English language.
