Stermedia Group, a company operating on the market since 2009, has joined the Euvic technology group. It provides services to customers from Poland, Western Europe, and the USA.
As one of the leaders in implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in Poland, Stermedia has strong competencies that distinguish it not only among the Euvic Group companies but also in the entire IT market. And through its subsidiary, Stermedia Automation, it is also a leader in the field of robotic process automation (RPA) and can be proud of its partnerships with world-class software providers such as BluePrism and Automation Anywhere.
We are glad that we will be able to help the Euvic group expand its business with innovative technologies. The application of machine and deep learning in image, text, or numerical data analysis creates new benefits for the group’s numerous customers: reducing process losses, improving efficiency and work quality. Moreover, it opens up opportunities for creating new products or business modelssays Piotr Krajewski, the President of Stermedia.
The company joined Euvic through an acquisition, although not a direct one. The shares were acquired by Softiq, a company from Gliwice that already belongs to the Euvic Group and specializes in the production of software for public administration, banking and healthcare. Despite being already involved in multiple projects, the company is still striving for more and is constantly looking for new opportunities for diversification and growth. Using the synergy effect resulting from the merger with Stermedia, it will be able to expand its offer with new services and products and consequently become an even more competitive and attractive IT partner.
Nowadays the market needs integrated competencies in the fields of artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, and process automation. Public sector entities, which are our main customers, operate on huge data sets, but they are increasingly willing to use technologies and solutions that allow for the advanced analysis of their data. Stermedia has extensive experience in carrying out IT projects in these areas. By joining forces, we have a chance to create an interesting offer for our current and future customersstates Andrzej Plachta, the Vice-president of Softiq.
Stermedia will supplement Euvic’s comprehensive offer with further innovative products and services in the area of technologies of the future, and this joining of forces will bring several benefits not only to the companies directly involved but also to the entire Euvic Group. Thanks to Stermedia, the implementation of the Integrator 2.0 strategy based on five business pillars (Software Development, Team Leasing, IT Infrastructure, Innovation, and Performance) will be even more effective and the expertise at the disposal of the group will be even greater.
Business development not only through organic growth but also through mergers and acquisitions is the path chosen by companies that want to create a winning offer not only in their domestic market but also abroad. The competencies we have as a group enable us to respond to almost every challenge and need of our clients. We know our strengths, but we are also aware of the areas of expertise where we can become even stronger. That is why I am excited to welcome Stermedia to the Euvic Group. I am pleased that the companies in the Group are acting boldly and taking advantage of opportunities that allow them to go further and do more. Their commitment to the policy of acquisitions gives the Group the potential for even more dynamic growthcomments Wojciech Wolny, the President of Euvic.
Such a joining of forces will certainly create many interesting possibilities for cooperation and will constitute a significant step in the development of our business and a chance to strengthen its potential and use it better.
