Modern telecommunication companies are facing a great challenge. Competition in the market and the demands of customers are constantly growing. We are no longer satisfied with a simple phone call. We expect the highest quality, and any disruptions or interruptions often have serious consequences in the form of the immediate change of provider. That is why this industry is so enthusiastic about technological innovation and the use of high-end equipment.
Comprehensive technological support
Our client, a leading mobile operator in Poland serving over 15 million customers, entrusted us with the delivery, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
We started our cooperation by taking over the contract from the previous supplier along with a couple of employees assigned to it.
Currently, a team of 5 people is working for the client on:
- network design and planning,
- installation and activation of devices,
- equipment maintenance (both in a remote and on-site mode),
- technical support (based on an SLA agreement, 24/7),
- keeping technical documentation,
- equipment logistics (including storage and inventory).
Agility and flexibility
We have signed three contracts with the client, including one involving solutions from the German fiber optic equipment manufacturer ADVA. All contracts are handled through a single point of contact, created specifically for a comprehensive, nationwide implementation of turnkey solutions.
Full agility and flexibility allow us to successfully adapt to changing installation environments. All equipment is delivered by us within the specified time frame and works faultlessly.
As a partner of leading telecommunications manufacturers, such as NEC, ADVA, and Transmode, we offer our customers a wide range of telecommunications equipment. This includes microwave radio links (licensed and unlicensed), optical transmission solutions (DWDM, CWDM, switching), multiplexer systems (NEC, Rohde, and Shwarz), and OSS Operations Support Systems (NMS, inventory).
By working with us, telecommunications and Internet service providers can effectively build their technological advantage.
