The most recent addition to Euvic’s offer – Datador platform

Meeting business needs of our Customers, we have expanded Euvic’s offer to include another tool which is now dedicated to the effective support of sales processes. Developed in cooperation with a multi-partner loyalty program operator, the platform Datador enables easy and precise customer activity analysis aimed at targeting and increasing the effectiveness of sales activities.

This platform consists of six modules which include a loyalty program development system, marketing automation, data warehouse, business intelligence, mobile application and meteorological data platform. Together, they provide a complementary tool which enables quick identification of customers’ needs along with action recommendations and communication channels.

The sales strategy, which is a key part of the company’s success, must continue to respond to the following questions: what do customers want, what are their activities and preferences, and how does it work with the company’s activities.
