We have recently welcomed another company to the Euvic Group. This time, it’s a Ukrainian software house – Exoft, which will power the Group with a team of highly skilled developers, help build international standards in software production, guarantee a presence in the eastern talent market and help scale the business in the US, becoming the first production center outside Poland.
Exoft is a provider of high-quality software using Microsoft technologies. The company’s main specialty is developing desktop, web and mobile software using С#, .NET MVC Web API, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, Xamarin, and AngularJS technologies. The company operates in more than 24 foreign markets and employs more than 80 developers. The headquarters is located in Lviv, Ukraine.
“The joining of Exoft to the Euvic Group is the first step on the path of foreign expansion not only in sales but also in delivery. In line with business development, we are working intensively on the international diversification of our team. Exoft has an established position in the software-development market and highly qualified employees. We want to focus on supporting sales processes. I hope that entering Exoft into the Euvic group will allow for growth and significantly increase efficiency. We are aware of the risks involved in doing business in the current situation in Ukraine, but we see this as our opportunity. The IT industry remains stable. We believe the war will end and want to support our partners in further development. For Exoft’s customers, we will be a security for the continuity of work. In the near future, we intend to start implementing the first corporate projects,”
Lukasz Czernecki, Vice President of Euvic
Exoft’s experience includes approximately 90% foreign contracts from a wide range of industries, mainly logistics and medical, perfectly fitting our group’s objectives and supporting geographic diversification. Our goal is primarily organic growth, further acquisitions and strengthening our international offerings.
“We have successfully built a position in foreign markets and have a stable project pipeline and a strong customer base. Combining this with Euvic’s business experience in developing, acquiring and acquiring more partners will allow us to scale our business further and complement it with services we don’t provide ourselves. We see great potential in joining a large group with international ambitions,”
Oleg Maykher, CEO of Exoft
From a broad perspective, we plan to expand into two key areas. The first one is the development of business centers, mainly in the Scandinavian and American markets and in Dubai, the UK or the DACH countries. The second is the construction of competence centers centered in Central and Eastern Europe, including Ukraine. This is influenced by the very high level of the IT industry, which is developing in this area at a similar pace as in Poland. We are committed to expanding our internal competencies and building a strong service center. The addition of Exoft to the group will bring many business benefits and open up new opportunities in the international market.
