UX / UI - design and consulting

Designing new solutions needs to be focused not only on business functionalities or performance but also on adapting to user needs. That is why UI and UX is so important today.

Business goals, user needs, technology

Combining business goals with user needs is crucial for creating useful, engaging, aesthetic and profitable technological solutions, supporting execution of adopted business strategy.

With our own UI/UX department we help organizations improve product quality and solve user problems, through better understanding of their business processes and users.

  • Creating positive user experience.
  • Increasing user satisfaction.
  • Simple user flow thanks to carefully designed paths and processes.

Functional and attractive UI

Broad experience in UI/UX projects in terms of consultancy as well as execution allows us to create functional and attractive user interfaces, improving user experience of mobile, web, and multiplatform applications. Our qualified and experienced UI/UX designers support comprehensive implementation of services and products, performing roles of consultants in their fields of expertise at the same time.

What can we do for you?

UX design process

Focus on the user

While carrying out UI/UX projects using Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Service Design methodologies or working in Design Sprints, we focus on users to discover their actual needs and create software that responds to them.

  • Conversion rate optimization.
  • Increased number of generated leads.
  • Maximized user involvement.
  • Increased brand trust.

Requirements assessment

We begin all our projects with defining the target group, conducting research sessions as a series of meetings with people that represent it. This allows us to learn about behavior, needs and opinions of potential users as well as verify how they deal with defined problems, which will be addresses by the product.

  • Defining personality traits, attitudes, ambitions, and interests of customers.
  • Understanding the needs and motivation of customers and their preferences related to particular services or products.
  • Identifying the key behavioral patterns that differentiate customers.

The success of evolution of digital products

We are aware that user experience is the central part of evolution of a digital product, its success depends on many variables. Therefore, while carrying out UI/UX projects, we always focus on the three pillars.

  1. Focus on the user – we aim to deeply understand one’s conscious and unconscious needs.
  2. Creative collaboration – we look at the problem from many angles and seek new solutions, thinking out of the box.
  3. Hypothesis testing – we build prototypes, making sure to check user feedback regularly.

Usability testing tools

To ensure the highest quality of our solutions, we use a number of available tools to test their usability.

Tests with users Eye tracking and heat maps Surveys Card sorting Paper prototyping
Testing the usability of a site according to written scenarios. It allows testing how users navigate through the site, detect difficulties and problems and record their experience. Eyeball and mouse cursor movement tracking allows detection of all problematic areas of the system, identifying sections of most interest and optimizing the conversion rate. Conducting surveys on the intuitiveness of the site, easiness of navigation and time needed to find relevant information to generate ideas or find people that can take part in usability tests. Verification how users perceive the hierarchy of the elements of the site, useful especially at the design stage of its structure or while optimizing its usability. Creating paper mock-ups of the site’s interface and discussing them with users to identify all problems they may encounter.

Effective and clear message

Using our experience involving various platforms and industries, we successfully carry out UI/UX projects. Typically, as part of larger ventures, but also as standalone projects.

  • Focus on user experience.
  • Influencing the user’s attitude and behavior.
  • Ensuring a clear message.
