With large volumes of documents and complex information being part of everyday life, property developer Archicom sought a smarter way to manage its data flows. Euvic developed an AI-powered document management solution that integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and an AI chatbot to automate information handling and retrieval. 

 

  • AI Chatbot: Allows employees to quickly access relevant property or contract data by asking natural-language questions.  Even across large sets of unstructured documents. 
  • NLP Engine: Processes both customer inquiries and document content, enabling intelligent search, categorization, and contextual understanding. 
  • Computer Vision: Automatically verifies documents, analyzes images, and applies intelligent tagging for fast indexing and improved data accuracy. 

 

Technology stack including Azure, Python, Streamlit, PyTorch, OpenAI, and Vertex AI.
