Chris Krzoska is the COO of Euvic US, where he helps US-based companies build complex software and technology solutions through high-trust partnerships with world-class engineering teams in Poland and Central Europe. He’s spent his career building companies, leading international sales organizations, and navigating growth through acquisitions and product delivery in demanding markets globally. Chris believes trust - built through clarity, ownership, and long-term thinking - is the foundation of every successful business relationship. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travel, spearfishing, and time with his family.

Christopher Krzoska

Krzysztof Heyda - Product Manager with over 10 years of experience building digital products, particularly: mobile applications (including Mój Tauron and Żappka) phygital solutions (such as Sizeer and MODIVO / eobuwie)
Krzysztof is a geek in the best possible sense of the word — professionally and personally (yes, the payment chip in his hand is real 😉).
Today, he’s responsible for developing digital service and sales channels at Tauron Group, after years of working at the intersection of retail, technology, and customer experience.

Habib Moskin - a quality expert who has long operated at the intersection of technology, data, and responsible decision-making.

Habib works where errors simply cannot happen. Quality is his mission. He helps organizations where failure is not an option by showing how to translate quality into real numbers: money, risk, and operational decisions. From Maersk and Microsoft, through deep tech, to the space sector - quality is his passion. He is one of the leading quality leaders, designing and implementing end-to-end processes, strategies, and frameworks based on data, not assumptions.

At the same time, he teaches Software Quality at the University of Silesia, combining technology, human intuition, and real-world risk. His work is reshaping how organizations think about reliability and trust in technology. His proprietary “Quality Approach” has been presented, among others, at the ESA Software Product Assurance Conference, influencing how software development and control are perceived in the space industry.

Habib Moskin

Jacek Kubrak – Co-founder and co-creator of Creotech Instruments S.A., the first Polish company in the space technology sector listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which opened new opportunities for national science and technology.
A pioneer of innovative technological and investment solutions, he focuses on revolutionary management models and increasing enterprise value.
He led the Podkarpackie Innovation Center project, supported by the European Union, bridging the worlds of science and business while developing an ecosystem of innovation in the region. As an expert in value management and cognitive methodologies, he actively participates in international conferences dedicated to technology and the economy.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about climbing, ski touring, and tennis, finding balance between intellectual and physical challenges.

Jacek Kubrak

Marcin Tuszkiewicz has been an active investor since 2008, and is the co-founder and CEO of Squaber.com, an innovative platform for investors. He develops investment strategies, designs algorithms that automatically spot market opportunities, and promotes smart, rational investing.

With a background in financial analysis, he founded one of the first university scientific groups focused on the currency market (KN Forex) in 2009, which he led for many years. Right after graduation, he lectured on portfolio management and still remains academically connected with the University of Economics in Katowice. In his investments, he combines fundamental and technical analysis, merging theory, technology, and practice.

Marcin Tuszkiewicz

Jakub Kurdybelski is the CEO and R&D Director at Adapt-E. Fascinated by electronic engineering, mechanics, and programming since childhood, he has spent over 15 years leading R&D projects for the military sector, bringing together interdisciplinary teams to create solutions for the most demanding clients – the Armed Forces. He founded Adapt-E to develop cutting-edge technologies and continuously improve the world around us. Under his leadership, the company specializes in designing custom software, mechatronic systems, and training simulators for the defense, industrial, and medical sectors.

His ambition is to establish a strong technology hub in Poland that supports foreign companies in their growth, leveraging the skills and potential of Polish engineers in areas requiring the highest reliability and precision.

Michał Popiel, Head of UX/UI, digital strategist, designer, and team leader with an impressive portfolio.

He’s worked with major financial institutions like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and BNP Paribas.
As a strategist, he has helped companies improve long-term performance, increase revenue, and enhance both customer and employee engagement.
He blends systems thinking with hands-on practice, designing solutions that work in the real world – regardless of constraints.

Michał thrives in complexity and ambiguity. He excels in leading teams and clients through the discovery, design, and implementation process – always with the user and experience in mind.

In everyday life – he’s constantly on the move, backpack on, head full of ideas. After hours – just a modest 25 km trek every day and… building furniture. That’s true balance between the digital and analog world.

Michał Popiel

Jakub Łytkowski, CEO of X-Code Sp. z o.o., is a technology and innovation enthusiast who started programming at the age of 10, inspired by the magazine "Bajtek." By 15, he had already developed his first commercial software. Today, with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he continues to pursue his passion for cutting-edge technology and software development as the founder and CEO of X-Code (part of the Euvic Group). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing in his garden, and staying active.

Jakub Łytkowski

Wojciech Wolny - Entrepreneur, CEO, and co-owner of Euvic S.A., as well as CEO of companies within the Euvic Capital Group: Euvic IT S.A. and Edge One Solutions Sp. z o.o. He also serves on the supervisory boards of companies such as Madkom S.A., Eo Networks S.A., and Columbus Energy S.A. Wojciech is the founder and co-creator of the Euvic Technology Group’s development. A strategist and expert in sales and management, he was a finalist in the "Entrepreneur of the Year 2014" competition by Ernst & Young and the recipient of the Employers of Poland Vector Award. He is a member of the international business organization Corporate Connections and President of its key CC1 group.
Privately, he is a sailing enthusiast, ski instructor, enduro motorcycle rally participant, and drifting aficionado.

Wojciech Wolny

An IT manager, administrator, and architect with over 15 years of industry experience. For more than a decade, he has been managing IT support projects and maintaining environments utilizing private and public cloud solutions. He oversees a team of over 100 IT administrators, delivering support services for Euvic Group companies and over 80 commercial clients.

Marcin Wojtaszek

Ryszard Dałkowski, Azure Solutions Specialist at Microsoft, Channel Sales.
Active in IT since 1989 and a Microsoft veteran for nearly 20 years. Since 2008, he has been focused on cloud computing technologies, which he sees as essential to modern enterprise IT. With technical expertise (e.g., certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect), sales experience (Microsoft Catalyst & Microsoft Challenger Certificates), and business acumen in public cloud solutions, Ryszard offers a wealth of insights.

Ryszard Dałkowski

Andreas Södermark is the CEO of Euvic Nordic, where he and his team help Nordic clients build digital solutions that enable them to achieve their business goals. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, is a published author with a thesis on go-to-market strategies, and is a Swedish champion in Economics - a competition among top university students in Sweden.

Outside of work, Andreas is passionate about his family, loves skiing, playing the piano, and exploring new places.

Krzysztof Wilczyński, VP/CTO of Euvic Solutions S.A., is an IT expert who, over the course of his career, has gained experience across a wide range of IT and security technologies. He is able to assess the validity of investments, respond quickly to problems, and build the most effective solutions possible. Through his work with various types of organizations, he has become familiar with the specifics of end clients, suppliers, integrators, and consulting. This provides him with a deep awareness of operating within an ecosystem of parties delivering new solutions to organizations, with particular attention to and understanding of both risks and opportunities.

Krzysztof Wilczyński

Bartłomiej Gładys is an expert with nearly ten years of experience in the technology industry. His career spans diverse roles—from full-stack developer, through DevOps, to Solution Architect. Over the past four years, he has focused on Data Science and Data Engineering, which have become his passion and a constant source of inspiration. Outside of work, Bartłomiej is actively involved in sports, loves acquiring new knowledge, and, of course, programming.

Bartłomiej Gładys

Tomasz Sobczak is a team manager delivering mainly solutions that support operators in production and warehouse areas, ranging from small improvements to comprehensive automations. He graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and has over twenty years of experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining solutions for global manufacturing organizations. He advocates for a model in which teams of IT engineers often work side by side with factory operators to understand business processes, jointly identify areas requiring improvement, and measure achieved goals. For many years, he has been particularly focused on warehouse automation and intralogistics processes.
Privately, he is an enthusiast and creator of bonsai trees and a hobbyist beekeeper—just a counterbalance to the intense dynamics of professional life 😉.

Tomasz Sobczak

Robert Węgrzyn is a systems architect with many years of experience. He graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in the Faculty of Electronics and Automation. He specializes in designing and implementing integrated systems for various economic sectors. He pays particular attention to solutions that include IoT devices. At Euvic, he leads a team of electronics engineers and embedded software developers who focus on creating, researching, and commercially deploying devices that meet clients’ needs in sectors such as Industry, SmartCity, and Renewable Energy. He comes from Krosno and currently resides permanently in Kraków. Privately, he is passionate about electronics.

Robert Węgrzyn

Marta Derlatka-Dziedzic has been active in the IT market for 20 years, primarily in the Utilities sector. Her career has always been connected to GIS/Asset Management, aligning with her passion for supporting clients in these areas and participating in related implementations. For many years, she has successfully promoted the principle of well-being, inspiring those around her.
She is also involved in the eChallenge Foundation project, whose mission is to equalize opportunities for children and youth in access to foreign languages and modern technologies. At Euvic, she manages Resource Management in GBO, leading a wonderful team of over 70 people—the B.E.S.T Team.
Marta has been recognized three times in the “Strong Women in IT” Report: in 2019 in Poland, and in 2021 and 2023 in the global edition.
Outside of work, she loves her garden, where she plants, weeds, and harvests. She enjoys baking and cooking, often producing large quantities to share with friends, and she devours countless books.

Marta Derlatka - Dziedzic

Michał Pięciorek, Scrum Master. Since 2015, he has been actively involved in project management and human resource management. He gained professional experience collaborating with some of the largest companies in Poland, members of the Business Centre Club (BCC).
He co-organized, among others, the 23rd and 24th Silesian BCC Galas—the largest regional events bringing together the most prominent entrepreneurs from the Silesian region. During his student years, he was actively engaged in promoting entrepreneurship across Poland. As part of his work with the Student Forum Foundation BCC, from 2015 to 2020 he held roles including Project Coordinator for the “Festiwal BOSS”, Chair of the Katowice Region, and Vice President of the Foundation’s Board, serving as Director of Operations.
At the University of Economics in Katowice, he was also a member of the Student Parliament Presidium for Projects, the University Senate, and the Faculty of Management Council, and served as coordinator of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
He holds degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Management and Marketing, and completed the HR Business Partner program at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Personal interests: He is a fan of cats, Agile, soccer, Formula 1, and Italian cuisine.

Michał Pięciorek

Andrzej Szopa, Director of General Business Operations at Euvic. He has been involved in IT services sales for Business Commercial clients for over 26 years. From the very beginning of his career, he has been associated with the Utilities sector. He gained experience managing an outsourcing GBO team of nearly 350 people through innovative projects, large institutional clients, as well as pioneering commercial organizations.

He is a passionate reader of contemporary literature and a lifelong optimist. He enjoys enduro motorcycling, chess, and tennis—actively pursuing all three.
