The transaction was orchestrated by Euvic 2030, an investment vehicle jointly founded by Euvic S.A. and Gemini Holding by Rafał Sonik. Euvic 2030 focuses on supporting the acquisition strategy of the group, led by its President, Tobiasz Wybraniec.
