Our Senior Client Partners (Senior Account Executives) leverage their network and expertise to position Euvic as a specialized software partner. By deeply understanding the complexities and impacts of custom software decisions, our Client Partners establish and grow accounts through relevance and resourcefulness.

With the backing of 6,000 software engineers who have delivered on more than 1,000 projects, our sales teammates are equipped to deploy established, curated teams of globally-accredited talent from scope through execution.

Through that model, our sellers are set up to nimbly and reliably deliver across a still-greenfield U.S. market opportunity.

We value entrepreneurs who happen to be salespeople, prioritizing collaboration, thinking long-term, and basing all decisions in the customer’s best interest.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leverage your network to identify, pursue and grow net-new custom software opportunities in an expanding U.S. market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closure and client onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from C-suite executives to technical decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and advise on customized solutions that address their specific challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product solutions teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline opportunities, tracking progress against targets

Qualifications

  • 10+ years new logo business development / hunter sales across mid-market or enterprise technology accounts
  • Strong preference for custom software development, outsourcing or closely related sales focus
  • Robust network of technology decision makers and knowledge of their pain points, including how those pain points impact their bottom line
  • Evidence of success tied to resourcefulness and customer-centricity
  • Vertical knowledge in Fintech, Retailtech, Healthtech, Supply Chain or Manufacturing technology preferred
  • Experience growing a new territory, articulating the benefits of a new partner
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, emerging technologies and how they impact an organization’s success
  • History of working well or very well in a remote role (autonomy, operationally strong, virtual collaboration)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 based on experience
  • Uncapped commissions

This is a full-time opportunity, primarily remote work. We meet as a team on-site in NJ/NYC on an as-needed basis (typically a few times per year). Ability and willingness to travel may be required.
