Tell us, who are you and what is your previous experience?
Professionally, I have extensive experience in customer relationship management and a solid understanding of business process development. Thanks to my broad background across multiple industries, I have developed a strong understanding of business operations and organizational structures. My recent role was Head of Sales at a Finnish accounting and financial services company.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time on the golf course or taking my kids to their hobbies.
What attracted you most to joining Euvic?
I was impressed by the company’s operating model “work globally – act locally,” as well as the appreciation and care shown for all employees. Although our local team in Finland is relatively small, we can leverage the incredible resource pool of the entire group in our customer projects.
In your role as Business Development Manager – What are you most looking forward to contributing?
In my new role as a Business Development Manager, I aim to support our clients in solving their challenges and developing their business. I have always strived for high customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships, and I hope to continue doing the same here.
How do you see the future of technology – what do you think we will be talking about in 5-10 years?
There’s a lot of discussion right now about how AI is being used in business and peoples everyday life. I believe that in 5 to 10 years, AI will be everywhere, and the way people work and manage things will undoubtedly change. What I see as essential is how we, as humans, are able to navigate that technological change and ensure that the future shaped by new technologies remains safe and secure for all of us
If you could give one piece of advice to companies starting their digital journey, what would it be?
Start now and focus on bigger picture and long-term goals rather than single projects. Companies should also remember that organizational change should begin with people and ways of working. Technology and systems are there to support and enable that transformation.
What does “The good people” mean to you?
It reflects my personal belief that we should treat the people around us with kindness and respect and do our best to support others whenever possible. This applies to both work and personal life. Even based on my short experience here, I can already see that this slogan is genuinely being put into practice.
Finally, if you could choose any person in the world to have dinner with who would it be and why?
My wife – she deserves it.
