AI Is Already in the Enterprise. Now Comes the Hard Part
Artificial intelligence is no longer a topic reserved for IT departments. Companies are purchasing access to AI tools, launching pilots, building their first agents, and encouraging employees to experiment. Access to the technology itself is no longer the main challenge.
The harder question is: What has the organization actually gained from these implementations?
In a conversation with Marcin Rzepiel, AI Transformation Lead at Euvic, the starting point is precisely the gap between adopting AI and putting it to productive use across the business.
“I think many organizations lack a clear strategy. They lack real empowerment from the top—from the executive team (…) and they also lack the necessary shift in mindset among employees.”
Marcin Rzepiel, AI Transformation Lead
This reframes the issue. The challenge is no longer convincing the organization that AI matters. It is creating the conditions in which the technology can genuinely change how the business operates.
The goal, then, is not to find yet another use for ChatGPT, Copilot, or an AI agent. It is to determine which business problems are worth solving with AI, what value the solution should deliver, and whatmust change within the organization for that value to materialize.
