In a world of rising wages and labor shortages—especially in sectors like logistics and energy—RPA fundamentally changes the cost structure from linear to fixed. 

Jakub shares an example where robot deployment took just two days: 

“We implemented a robot with a fixed cost, and the client grew threefold while the cost of that process remained unchanged. (…) We can give it more work—it won’t complain, it will just do it.”

For CFOs, the implication is clear: automation enables aggressive growth without proportional increases in operational expenditure (OPEX). 

A common mistake is treating AI and RPA as competing technologies. In reality, they are complementary. Jakub Łytkowski uses a simple but powerful analogy: 

“Artificial intelligence is based on data… it can make decisions and suggest solutions, but then something has to be done with that data. That’s where robots come in. (…) It’s like saying: I have a brain—why would I need hands and legs?”
