At Euvic, we develop not only the software and solutions we provide to our customers but also our offerings, expanding our competencies by acquiring new companies. This time, we welcomed 4wise to the Group, which will complement the offer of the IT Infrastructure pillar with IT subscription services dedicated to customers in the small and medium-sized business sector. The transaction supports the implementation of the strategy aiming to achieve PLN 4 billion in revenue by 2030 and is another step towards creating a comprehensive digital business transformation offer for Euvic Group customers, addressing the needs of any business, regardless of its size.
We have already set our sights on systematic development in the IT Infrastructure area in 2021-2022, which was previously centered around the offerings of Euvic IT (formerly IT Works) and Euvic Services. In 2021, we established close cooperation with New Connect-listed eoNetworks SA, and in 2022 Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne S.A. joined the Group, jointly creating a strong IT competence area.
Existing on the market since 2018, Chorzow-based 4wise Group offers its clients comprehensive business process support services in an outsourcing model – from infrastructure health audits to ongoing operational support to ensure a stable working environment for clients – including 24/7 IT support, building a modern remote working environment, implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, infrastructure monitoring, as well as server colocation and cyber security services.
