The Design Process
We aim to create the highest quality Industry 4.0 solutions. We provide you with support across all stages through activities ranging from selecting areas where new technologies should be implemented to designing necessary solutions, implementing them, and providing maintenance.

Examples of projects we have delivered in the area of Industry 4.0
MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Project:
The MES system implemented by Euvic, tailored to specific requirements, allows efficient control of the operation of 200 production lines, each of which produces up to 120 trays of meat per minute (+2 tonnes/h). The system is integrated with over 1,000 devices, enabling ongoing performance monitoring and automatic system response.
Key goals:
- To automate production processes by increasing control over production, improve the response to equipment-related problems, and streamline the flow of data between shop floors, warehouses, and maintenance departments.
- To minimise the risk of human error by standardising processes and reducing the proportion of human impact on production data.
- To provide KPIs in the shape of built-in reports to control production efficiency and quality at any time and from anywhere.
- To reduce the number of paper forms and reports.
Benefits:
- One system used at all stages of production.
- Standardised acquisition of data on production processes.
- Improved data exchange between external systems (ERP, WMS, Energy Control and Quality Control System).
- Using RFID technology for comprehensive finished product packaging traceability.
- Development of technical specifications for end products.
- Handling downtime on production lines.
- Calculation of key production performance indicators.
- Access to a wide set of reports designed for operators, team leaders, and management.
WMS and WCS (Warehouse Management and Control Systems)
Project:
We have developed a Warehouse Management System for automatic and manual warehouses that meet GMP standards for the storage and handling of fresh and frozen products. The solution we implemented includes integrations with all external systems, as well as microservice solutions for the control of automation equipment and processes carried out automatically, without user involvement.
Key goals:
- To ensure high utilisation of storage space.
- To track the entire process by recording the movement of all individual logistics units.
- To identify bottlenecks in material flow and improve process efficiency.
- To ensure immediate response to changing production requirements.
- To ensure automatic detection of defective logistic units.
Benefits:
- Control over stock levels in warehouses and at various stages of the process.
- Control over the process of receiving and dispatching products.
- Management of the movement of raw materials and products between warehouses and production lines.
- Monitoring and management of all equipment on the production floor, such as cranes, palletisers, depalletisers, AGV/AMR, and conveyors.
- Automatic changes of transport route decisions based on the statuses of all pieces of equipment.
- Automatic warnings and alerts on the status of equipment and errors detected in the movement of logistics units.
WMS and WCS integrated with autonomous vehicles (warehouse management and control)
Project:
We have completed a complex project combining the development of software for the management of autonomous vehicles used in industry, including mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation work. The solution we co-developed is equipped with a set of sensors and controllers to monitor where materials are waiting to be transported. The tool allows planning transport based on optimisation algorithms and assigning routes to the correct AMR, as well as predicting required maintenance work based on AMR usage and informing users when it is necessary.
Key goals:
- To address the problem of staff shortages in the area of goods transportation.
- To ensure comprehensive traceability of the transport of raw materials.
- To ensure full collaboration between humans and robots to maximise productivity.
- To manage the transport of raw materials from an external warehouse, taking into account irregular deliveries.
- To reduce the stock of finished products stored on the production floor.
Benefits:
- Fully automated transport of raw materials and finished products from production lines to the warehouse.
- A vision system used for product identification to eliminate the transport of raw materials to the wrong production lines.
- Full monitoring of the transport process to ensure higher efficiency and solve potential problems.
- Since May 2020, we have transported more than 200,000 pallets. On a route spanning several hundred metres, six automated guided vehicles automatically deliver goods between over 40 logistics points with an average intensity of 15-20 pallets per hour and a maximum capacity of 40 units per hour.
Integration platform
Project:
Euvic has designed and developed an integration platform, which is middleware for transferring information between many external systems, such as production planning, ERP, WMS, and many others. The solution we developed takes into account numerous production planning challenges, such as automated integration with production plant data and visualisation tools.
Key goals:
- To centralise a platform to enable data exchange between systems to streamline the introduction of new data and tools as well as reduce maintenance issues and ensure lower data management costs.
- To automate production planning tools to process large volumes of data more efficiently.
Benefits:
- Faster and easier access to key data.
- Faster integration with new systems used for production planning.
