We are pleased to announce that we have completed another acquisition – the eighth this year and the largest to date. As a result, RITS Professional Services (RITS) joined the Euvic Group. It is going to contribute to the Body/Team Leasing pillar together with Edge One Solutions and a part of Euvic Services.
RITS team consists of over 40 qualified and experienced recruiters and nearly 400 IT specialists. For many years it has been supporting clients from Poland and abroad, providing IT services, and helping companies to optimize their operations. It is one of the leaders in providing comprehensive IT outsourcing solutions (Staff Augmentation, Managed Capacity, Managed Services IT).
Focusing on increasing staff numbers and improving HR processes
This acquisition will impact the area of development of the entire Euvic group. RITS, with its impressive pool of potential candidates, long-standing international presence (especially in Asia), as well as proven recruitment and selection processes, will help us provide better services in each market segment and deliver qualified IT professionals in a flexible service/service model.
Analysis of data included in the rankings of the largest Polish IT companies from the last 10 years clearly shows that the market segment in which RITS operates is the most dynamically developing branch of services. So far, we have not managed this space properly. By taking this step, we are making up for the lost time. RITS, with its experience in the global market and effectiveness in reaching and acquiring high-class IT specialists, will support us not only in activities related to staff expansion but also in HR processes.

It’s also a great chance for growth for RITS. Entering the structures of the Euvic group, which has over 3500 employees and operates in 6 business areas, will open many doors and provide a lot of opportunities.
Apart from acting for the Euvic Group, we will also gain access to its clients, to whom we will offer IT outsourcing services. We will also offer process support: by taking partial or full responsibility for projects or parts of competence centers of a given company. There are certainly many interesting projects ahead of us. We are ready for every one of them, regardless of its size and industry.

Dynamic development based on acquisitions and organic growth
The acquisition of RITS is another part of a series of actions initiated in 2020. Its main goal is to enable the implementation of the development strategy for the next few years. It means strengthening the Group’s competencies and adding new ones, as well as creating a unique and complementary offer for business.
The last two years and all the investments we had made have significantly changed the structure of the Group and have outlined a demanding action plan for it. Following the completion of a series of acquisitions, the time has come to implement this plan in such a way as to guarantee the integration of all the entities making up the Group and to take advantage of the synergies resulting from their cooperation. In the following phase, we are working on processes to improve operational activities and internal communication at the level of individual pillars and the entire Group. This does not mean the cessation of investment. However, we want the transactions in the coming year to be smaller and for individual Group companies to be the investing parties.
