The PZU Group is the largest insurer in Poland, operating more than 600 offices across the entire country. As part of its digital transformation, the company needed a comprehensive solution that would include the delivery, standardization, and servicing of Lenovo computer equipment for thousands of workstations, with a guarantee of business continuity and professional technical support.
Challenge_
Euvic Group, being a Lenovo Partner, was invited by PZU Group to participate in a tender for the selection of a computer equipment and IT services supplier.
The client needed a solution that included selecting equipment configurations according to the provided technical specifications, standardization and completion of equipment into sets, deliveries to the client’s locations, and ensuring warranty and post-warranty service support throughout the contract period, across over 600 PZU offices throughout the country.
Solution_
Euvic Group does not limit itself to simply delivering boxes of computer equipment. Therefore, we began the entire cooperation process with consultation and an audit of the client’s needs. Based on this, we selected appropriate Lenovo equipment configurations and models that met both functional and security requirements, which ensured the standardization of PZU’s IT environment.
We consistently personalize and complete equipment according to the client’s expectations. Computer equipment was tested, system images were uploaded (provided by the client’s security department), then everything was inventoried and labeled according to PZU procedures. Equipment prepared in this way was delivered to the client’s specified location.
Thanks to Next Business Day service from Lenovo’s Authorized Partner Service, the client has a guarantee of work continuity and no downtime related to computer equipment unavailability. Our services are provided throughout the country.
