Randstad is a global leader in the HR industry, specializing in recruitment consulting and temporary employment services. The company struggled with the availability and continuity of its printing equipment across 20 locations in Poland, which negatively affected the efficiency of internal processes. It needed a comprehensive solution that included replacing the devices, implementing an electronic document workflow system, and providing professional service support.
Challenge_
We began our cooperation with Randstad, a global leader in the HR industry specializing in personnel consulting and temporary work services, in 2019. The client faced a problem with continuity of operation and equipment availability, which was crucial for the implementation of internal processes. Large downtime in equipment availability affected work efficiency. The goal was to improve availability and optimize printing and scanning services in the organization across the company’s branches throughout the country. Therefore, a need arose to replace printing devices, provide software for personalized document workflow management solutions, and ensure service support for the delivered solution.
Solution_
We implemented a global solution for the client that allowed us to resolve previous problems. A print environment audit was conducted, based on which the further course of action was determined. The client decided on a full range of services including equipment leasing, implementation of software for handling electronic document workflow processes for scanned documents in the company, print environment management, and support and service for the entire solution.
Throughout the entire process, we replaced devices with new ones, carried out standardization, preconfiguration, and installation of over 200 Brother and Epson printing and copying devices. We provided service and operational support for the new devices, as well as monitoring that allows for proactive material ordering. Additionally, we provided a system that allows for archiving complete documentation of candidates and companies, which is scanned and entered into the E-folder. This system is adapted to various types of equipment and fully integrated with SAP.
