The company stands out with its multi-brand strategy (including O₂, Blau, AldiTalk), a modern 4G/5G network, and a strong focus on developing IoT solutions and digital technologies.
Challenge_
Do you remember when to change your tariff or check information about your account you had to visit a client service point or contact a call center – which cost quite a bit? We remember for sure. We also remember the full scope of hard work that we invested to bring about the much needed change. We joined forces with Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co OHG – better known as O2- and we transformed the approach to broadband and mobile services such as minute and data packages. The challenge that we faced consisted of creating a system that would allow an instant access to tariffs and mobile services from anywhere around the world without the need of contacting call center or visiting the point of sale. Moreover, this solution aimed at being adaptable so that it could be implemented fast in different companies with configurations set to their needs.

Solution_
We created a portal and mobile app that are used by more than 50 thousand users. Our solutions allow the use of tariff and its personalization, viewing the call, sms/mms and data usage register as well as monitoring the costs of tariff plans. This solution also gives the possibility to make changes in current services and private data, download documents (e.g. invoices) as well as top up accounts.
We implemented the solution in personalized configurations also with other O2 clients: Saturn, Kaufland, Türk Telekom, Kabel Deutschland.
