DPD is one of the leading courier companies in Europe, specializing in domestic and international deliveries. It offers a wide range of logistics services and modern parcel tracking solutions, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries.
Challenge_
DPDgroup is the second-largest courier company in the world, delivering 7.5 million parcels daily. An integral part of DPDgroup customers’ business, such as online stores, are parcel returns. Previously, to return a parcel, the consumer had to order a courier from any carrier themselves or contact the store’s Customer Service Department, which was not only highly inconvenient but also caused significant frustration. Additionally, the sender did not know when the product would be returned or how much the return would cost. The cherry on top of the challenges was adapting the solution to the requirements of different countries.

Solution_
We created the Return My Parcel portal (desktop and mobile), enabling parcel returns. Users can easily ship a parcel at a selected return point or order a courier to pick it up on a specific day at a designated address. The portal provides business customers with a wide range of tools to customize the appearance according to their brand image requirements, so it is perceived as an integral part of the store.
