Challenge_
BioCloner Health is a rapidly growing team behind the first Polish 3D bioprinter for implants. Their goal? Shaping the future of medicine through the development of proprietary technologies, collaboration with physicians, and the implementation of innovative solutions in surgery and pharmacy.
The team has already achieved impressive technological and scientific successes, along with clearly defined product goals.
Main challenges of the project:
- Bringing together all ideas and directions into a coherent narrative.
- Specifying which customers the offer should be targeted to.
- Identifying which elements of the product strategy can be strengthened.
- Translating some of the visions into concrete communication and business actions.
BioCloner Health joined our Product Strategy Discovery campaign to collaboratively organize its priorities and determine which ideas are worth developing first.

- Opportunity identification – joint identification of market niches with the highest potential (including veterinary, orthopedics, education, and pharmacy).
- User needs analysis – defining the needs of customer groups with the highest purchase readiness and greatest support requirements.
- Market messaging – translating the team’s specialized knowledge into valuable, understandable market messages.
- Product roadmap development – creating a strategic draft of the product roadmap, taking into account the development potential of the core offer and additional services.
