iTaxi is a pioneering Polish mobile application for ordering licensed taxi rides that revolutionized the domestic personal transportation market. Today, iTaxi is the only native app truly competing with global players such as Uber, Bolt, and FreeNow in the Polish market. The app operates in over 150 cities across Poland, offering a wide range of services including individual and business rides, various vehicle classes, and mobile payment options. 

Challenge_

The world before iTaxi was one of long waits on the phone line, no information about when and which car would arrive, and uncertainty about the ride cost. We wanted to revolutionize this industry in Poland and create a solution that answered the questions: How easy is it to order a taxi? How do you monitor its journey? How do you avoid being surprised by the price? What car will we be traveling in? That’s why we created the first version of the iTaxi mobile application and portal.

Solution_

We created an application for people who need to efficiently order a taxi ride. Just a few clicks and the driver is already on the way. The application automatically locates the customer and offers available transportation options and notifies when the taxi is waiting.

Before ordering, we get information about how much our ride will cost. iTaxi also offers the ability to use individual and corporate rides. Rides can be paid for directly in the application, and for corporate rides through vouchers or collective invoices. Part of the solution is also a driver application and a business client panel.
