The pressure from FinTech companies that regularly introduce innovative services means that banks are increasingly turning to new technologies to help them streamline their business models and processes and improve customer service.
Intuitive lending platform
On the one hand, the financial sector customers expect progressive digitalization and modern solutions would provide them with ease and speed of performing banking operations. On the other hand, the digitalization of this field cannot take place at the expense of security. Reconciling these two requirements and effective implementation of digital transformation processes are possible only with the support of the right technological partner. That is why one of the leading banks on the Polish market decided to cooperate with us.
The client approached us to create a platform that would enable them to consolidate offers from various financial institutions, both banks and loan companies, in one place.
This tool allows users to easily compare loan offers and choose the best one for them completely free of charge. The platform offers access to loans provided by lending companies and banks as well as consolidation loans. Its users can apply for cash for any purpose by following just 5 simple steps:
- determining the size of the loan
- filling in a form
- confirming identity
- comparing available offers and choosing the best one
- the signing of the agreement and receiving the money
One tool, many different offers
As part of the cooperation, we provided the client with a fully tested UX design and a comprehensive API for integrating connections with external solutions. The results?
- Over 100 executed micro-services.
- Over 17 bank integrations.
- Over 70 000 lines of code.
The solution we created was the first of its kind on the Polish market and allowed for full coverage of the loan application and approval process. The system stands out particularly thanks to such functionalities as advanced authorization with support for SMS and bank transfers, ID card verification in RDO, reporting and complex back-office systems, or integration with BIK.
Thanks to many years of experience in digitalization of financial institutions we know that digital transformation is a complex and long-term process. In order for it to be effective, it is necessary to put clients’ needs first, fully support the managing staff and use the newest available technology. However, one should remember that implementation of the right technology is a tool to achieve a goal, not the goal itself.
