The investment of Euvic 2030 in Komputronik, announced in May, has become a reality. This is another investment by the Euvic Group that enables our offer to address the entire market – from consumers and small businesses to enterprises – with a hardware portfolio complemented by service components in the areas of maintenance, implementation, and outsourcing.

Synergy and strategic cooperation

The partnership with Komputronik also involves leveraging synergies between the Komputronik Group and other portfolio companies within our Group. This opens new business opportunities for us and enables the creation of lasting value for Komputronik’s shareholders.

“The IT infrastructure and distribution segment is a rapidly growing area where we see numerous opportunities for growth, especially in conjunction with services, which are our strongest domain. Following last year’s investment in Senetic and the company’s excellent performance this year, we are becoming a key partner for leading manufacturers and one of the strongest players in IT hardware supply and support on the market. Komputronik perfectly aligns with the direction of our business development – it is operationally strong, effectively adapts to market changes, invests in new technologies, streamlines processes, and manages costs efficiently. We see significant potential for synergy between our companies, both in sales and logistics, as well as in jointly leveraging technological competencies and relationships with manufacturers,”

Wojciech Wolny, CEO of Euvic S.A.

Under the signed agreement, Euvic 2030 and WBiTotal have committed to providing Komputronik with increased trade credit limits, enabling customers to access a wider range of products more quickly, while improving the company’s negotiating position with suppliers.

“Gaining a stable investment partner who understands the market we operate in and shares our development vision strengthens us not only financially. Seeing the great potential in our cooperation with Euvic 2030, both operationally and strategically, I am personally increasing my shareholding in the company as the main shareholder,”

Wojciech Buczkowski, CEO of Komputronik S.A.

As Wojciech Buczkowski emphasizes, combining Komputronik’s market experience with the investors’ competencies and resources – particularly in implementing IT projects for both the public and private sectors – will strengthen the company’s position and accelerate growth in key areas: omnichannel and technology delivery for business.
