Tourist applications

In our project portfolio we have not only many advanced IT systems, but also equally interesting mobile apps. Two of them are strongly related to tourism. These are excellent examples of using the latest technology in promoting particular parts of the country and an active lifestyle.

The application for a national park allows you to display additional information about hiking trails and shows mountains and valleys, using augmented reality. It presents the most interesting trails, their location and level of difficulty.
The application for one of the seaside resorts is a sort of a guidebook providing information about the Baltic Sea and the town itself. It is intended for both tourists and residents. Apart from the guide, it also contains cultural news, a calendar of upcoming events and maps.
Both solutions are based on Android, BlackBerry, BB10. They also use the NFC system and read QR codes, which allows you to buy tickets faster without waiting in queues.
The apps created by us represent an improvement for tourists and people who appreciate easy and quick solutions during their travels. They are a handy source of information, make it easier to plan your stay and provide current weather data. They are a perfect replacement for paper maps, guidebooks or leaflets, and make the tourist’s backpack lighter. They were created in a clear, intuitive way and are easily accessible for everyone.

In the era of rapid development of technology, websites and mobile applications are becoming one of the main tools used in the tourism industry. They offer access to information about tourist regions and attractions, influence their development, and increase safety and well-being of visitors.
