The electronic student file was created as part of the cooperation between Euvic Services and the Kozminski University. It is a system that will be used as a virtual storage place for documents produced during various processes at the university. The introduction of this system makes it possible to standardize the processing of documents across different faculties and significantly increases data security. The electronic file is a collection of documents that are accumulated throughout the student handling process. The e-file system contains: the student’s ID, the mode and area of study and the complete course documentation.
