The Euvic Group has acquired a 51% stake in Fellowmind Poland, as a result of which the company will now operate under the name Euvic Business Applications, strengthening the Euvic Group’s capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and business applications. The remaining 49% stake has been acquired by the company’s long-standing executive, Daniel Olejniczak, who has simultaneously assumed the position of CEO of Euvic Business Applications.
Return to a shared ecosystem
One could say that the history of cooperation between the two organizations has come full circle, as from 2016 to 2021 the company, then operating as Bonair S.A., was part of the Euvic Group’s capital structure. Its return to the Group marks the beginning of a new chapter in the partnership and creates opportunities to combine the teams’ experience in delivering projects across Poland and international markets.

Strengthening capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Euvic Business Applications, formerly Fellowmind Poland and originally Bonair S.A., is a Polish IT company operating since 1991. It specializes in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in the ERP and CRM domains, as well as Business Intelligence solutions.

Strategic partnership between Euvic and Fellowmind
With the completion of the transaction, Euvic and Fellowmind announced a strategic partnership. The Polish teams of the Euvic Group will support the Fellowmind Group’s international projects. The partnership will include, among other areas, 24/7 support services for Microsoft Dynamics-based ERP platforms, delivered by Euvic Business Applications.
The Fellowmind Group will continue to pursue its growth strategy focused on Western European markets.
